There was sun, there was Grass, There was a li'l snow, and there was MUCH more water than we bargained for!


After a week in the sun, going places, climbing mountains, visiting picturesque towns, the heavens opened and poured on us..


There was an alarm in the night, when the flood started, and in the morning, Rescue choppers were inbound, the main street of the adjoining village was swamped (as seen in the above pic), and things got a little hectic..

Going to Switzerland!!!!!!

 

Two weeks vacation. Not gonna be here, gonna be hiking in the wild or walking picturesque streets.. :)

 

Hope to take a lot of pictures!

Falling through space

 

Yesterday I went to do some SkyDiving.

It is a unique experience. Some compare it to the joys of sex.

I just think its cool :)

I was not scared even a bit. The excitement kicked in on the moment of jumping out of the plane (no, that's not me in the picture above..)

It is a crazy thing to do when you think about it.. You're strapped to a skydiving instructor, but you don't have a parachute for yourself. You're totally dependant on him and the harness that binds you together.

When you go out the plane, its a feeling of.. well, probably commiting suicide from a tall building I guess. You're high above the ground, rushing towards the surface, wind crashing through your ears..

There's nothing else like it. And those 10 seconds or so, they feel like an hour.. until the chute opens.

And than you glide.. able to see everything in more detail, quieter..

In short, it's an experience worth having :)

Not mine..

 

God, don't you hate stomach aches? I get them all the time..

To me It feels like someone hooked a pump to my belly, and filled it up with air. Now, all that air is wanting to get out, so any move I make is either uncomfortable or just plain painful :(

I try all kinds of things. Nothing ever hold for long. Go figure.

 

Anywho, hope you're all having a much better day!
