Life as an Aftermath

Aftermath

I thought this picture reflects beautifully on the state my family was left after the news of my brother's death..

Bleak? Probably.

But the good thing about rubble is that you can build again. There will always be indications of the damage done, some memorials, but the end result would be that life continues. Life does goes on.

Thing is, In people's lifes, when you build your life again, it doesnt always get any stronger, sometimes it can just go on, on empty. You need to find a new purpose, a new meaning, something to hold on to. Since the life you had before, the anchors you used to cling to - are not there anymore..

You can anchor to me, baby... I'm not going anywhere. :-*
Stay strong and rebuild. We're all here to support you.

Gee. Moving post. I have goose pimples. I wish you and your family well in the rebuilding and searching for new meaning phases.
